Each Photoroom Space has its own plan, and the features, AI credits, and limits you get vary from plan to plan. There is a Free plan and four paid plans: Pro, Max, Ultra, and Enterprise.
The Free plan has limited features, lower AI credit and export limits, and no API access. It is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Pro, Max, and Ultra are self-serve plans that include core editing tools, plus a monthly allowance of AI credits and exports. They work across mobile, web, and API.
Enterprise has usage-based pricing, with one shared annual balance across Photoroom apps and API.

One Space, one plan
In Photoroom, you can have access to multiple Spaces. Each Space requires its own plan, either a Free plan or one of the paid plans.
Your access to features varies depending on which plan the Space has. For example, you could have access to all features in one Space because it has an Ultra plan. But when you switch to another Space, you have limited access because that Space only has a Free plan.
Important: Your subscription only applies to the Space you purchased it for. It does not carry over into other Spaces.
Who pays for a Space's plan?
The admin for the Space is responsible for paying for the plan. If there are multiple admins, the first admin to buy a subscription for the Space is responsible.
For example, you might have your own Personal Space and also be part of two teams, each with their own Spaces.
For a Personal Space, you pay for the subscription because you are the admin.
If you invite other people to join your Personal Space, it becomes a shared Space. If you bought the subscription, you continue to pay for it.
If you create a separate Space and purchase a plan, you are responsible for paying the subscription.
If you create a separate Space, invite other users to join, and one of those buys the first subscription, they are responsible for paying. They can only buy a subscription if they are an admin of the Space.
If you join someone else's Space, you don't pay any extra. The admin for that Space pays for the plan.
